| IndianOil bags Safety Innovation Award 2009

IndianOil has won the coveted ‘Safety Innovation Award 2009’, for the fifth consecutive year, at the inaugural session of Safety Convention held on September 21, 2009. Mr. K. G. Gupta, Executive Director, Safety, Health & Environment, IndianOil,received the award from the Mr. S. S. Khurana, Chairman, Railway Board.
The award, instituted by the Institution of Engineers (India), Delhi State Centre, was presented to IndianOil for achieving excellence in innovating safety measures. The award is given with a view to encourage outstanding government organisations, Public Sector Units, corporates and private sector industries from manufacturing and servicesectors to strive for excellence in the fields of occupational safety, health & environment.
