| OCEANTEX 2010 Award to Director (Refineries) for Outstanding Achievement

The OCEANTEX awards presented by the Governor of Maharashtra, Mr.
Sankaranarayanan to Mr. Bankapur for his outstanding contributions to the
growth of the IndianOil Refineries. The award is in recognition of Mr.
Bankapur's leadership in leading the IndianOil Refining business to achieve
greater heights in throughput and capacity utilization, thereby strengthening
the Corporation's dominance in the increasingly competitive and volatile market
scenario.
The OCEANTEX Awards exemplify the spirit of entrepreneurship and excellence
with an impact that goes beyond just running a profitable business venture.
OCEANTEX-2010, 4th international Exhibition & Conferences, was held during
March 3-6, 2010. Being one of the most prestigious events for the Oil & Gas
industry, it attracts more than 10,000 participants from across the globe. The
event is organized by CHEMTECH Secretariat and supported by CHEMTECH
