| Gold Award to Mathura
Refinery for Safety Management

Having showcased outstanding performance in
Safety Management in the petroleum refinery sector, Mathura Refinery has been
honoured with the prestigious "Gold Award" by Greentech Foundation, New Delhi.
The award was received by Mr. Prabhakar Kumar, Deputy Manager (Fire &
Safety), on May 24, 2010 at the 9th Annual International Greentech Fire, Safety
and Security Conference held in Goa. Mr. G.M.E.K. Raj, Deputy Director General
(DGFASLI), Mr. Ramakant Khalap, Chairman (Goa Law Commission) and Mrs. Paula
Harvey, Safety Expert (USA), were also present during the ceremony.
The award recognises the Refinery's achievement in maintaining high standards
in the field of Safety Management. Furthermore, it also indicates the
dedication and motivation of the workforce on a sustained basis who have put in
collective team effort under the guidance and directives of the leaders of the
organisation.
