Mr. G.C. Daga, Director (Marketing) made his maiden visit to Ranchi, Jharkhand,
on June 7, 2010. Mr. Daga felicitated the officials of the Ranchi Divisional
Office for winning the coveted Manjunath Award for the year 2008-09. The Ranchi
DO bagged the award for the second consecutive year. The winners of BSO reward
scheme for the period Sept'09 - March'10 were also felicitated.
In his address, Mr. Daga emphasized the need of maintaining highest levels of
Q&Q. He also stressed upon the need for keeping high standards of customer
service at the customer touch points.
In his address, GM, BSO also stressed the on ethical business practices as
increases the Corporation's goodwill and standing in the eyes of its
stakeholders and fosters a relationship of trust.
In the afternoon he presided over the meeting with General Manager and HODs of
Bihar State Office.
Director (M) on his visit to the town Retail Outlet, M/s SHAMBHAVI FUELS,
Ranchi interacted with Ranchi based dealers and planted a sapling. He also
distributed gifts to pump attendants.
During a gala award ceremony in the evening Director (M) felicitated Team
Ranchi Divisional Office for winning the coveted Manjunath Award for the year
2008-09.
Ranchi Divisional Office has bagged the award for the second consecutive year.
The winners of BSO reward scheme for the period Sept'09 to March'10 were also
felicitated.

made the occasion all the more auspicious and memorable for BSO.
