IndianOil has made it to the Forbes Global list of 2000 biggest public companies. Ranked at 285, IndianOil is among the top 10 Indian companies in the list.

Forbes is a biweekly magazine, famous for its various lists, such as list of billionaires and lists of the richest Americans (the Forbes 400). The Forbes Global 2000 list is compiled by evaluating the different parameters, namely sales, profits, assets and market value of the public companies.

Topped by Exxon Mobil, the list includes companies such as JP Morgan Chase, General Electric, Royal Dutch Shell and ICBC.
