Paradip-Haldia Crude Oil Pipeline
The project consists of installation of crude oil handling facilities at Paradip Port, including laying 20 km transfer pipeline, development of tank farm at Paradip consisting of 15 crude oil storage tanks of 60,000 kl each (Total: 9,00,000 kl) and a 330 km long crude oil pipeline to Haldia, and also connecting it to the existing Haldia-Barauni Crude Oil Pipeline (HBCPL) at Haldia. The pipeline will facilitate transportation of crude oil to Haldia and Barauni refineries in an efficient and cost effective manner compared to the present system of receipt of crude oil through the Haldia Dock Complex. Approved cost of the pipeline is Rs 1178 crore.

Koyali–Ratlam Product Pipeline
Project consists of laying 274 km long product pipeline from Koyali Refinery to Ratlam, where a new terminal is to be constructed on resitement basis. Project has been approved at a cost of Rs 322.92 crore (pipeline: Rs 224.69 crore; terminal: Rs 96.21 crore; refinery facilities: Rs 2.02 crore). The pipeline will facilitate effective evacuation of products from Koyali Refinery and ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation of products to Central India and northwest UP, thereby strengthening IndianOil’s product positioning capability.

Augmentation of Mundra–Panipat Crude Oil Pipeline from 6 to 9 MMTPA
Project meant for supplying additional 3 MMTPA crude oil required for Panipat Refinery expansion to 15 MMTPA consists of laying a 20 km long loop line in Kot–Beawar section and conversion of Radhanpur scraper station to pumping station while adding pumping units at Mundra, Kot, Sanganer and Rewari. It was approved at a cost of Rs 204.74 crore.

Dadri-Panipat R-LNG Spur Pipeline
IndianOil is planning to construct 132 km long R-LNG spurline from GAIL’s Dadri terminal in UP to Panipat. The proposed R-LNG pipeline would provide for an economical means of feeding natural gas to Panipat Refinery. The estimated cost of the pipeline system is Rs.250.66 crore.

Panipat-Jalandhar LPG Pipeline
This project is meant for feeding various LPG bottling plants in the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and J&K. The project envisages laying a 275 km long pipeline from Kohand (Panipat), which would traverse through Nabha and terminate at Jalandhar, and hook-up of facilities with existing bottling plants at Kohand, Nabha and Jalandhar. The project was approved at an estimated cost of Rs. 186.72 crore.

Augmentation of Bongaigaon-Siliguri Section of GSPL
Augmentation of Bongaigaon-Siliguri section of Guwahati-Siliguri Pipeline (GSPL) to 1.4 MMTPA capacity has been approved in Sept. 2004 at a cost of Rs 28.61 crore.
