International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) awarded the 2007 Ptak Prize for Supply Chain Excellence to IndianOil and Honeywell international in recognition of significant supply chain improvements through Vision, Business Rules, and Technology.
ISCEA awarded the 2007 Ptak Prize to IndianOil and Honeywell at a special reception held at the 25th Anniversary of the DC EXPO at Navy Pier in Chicago, IL. ISCEA conducts programs to improve the knowledge of manufacturing and service industry professionals worldwide. It is also the developer of internationally recognized certification programs of Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM).
Dr. Charles A. Watts, ED, Education, ISCEA stated that, �IndianOil and Honeywell have implemented a supply chain solution that takes a system view of the organization. They have moved from focusing on local optimums to creating a more holistic solution that focuses on a global optimum.
