List of eligible candidates for written test to be held on 30.03.2008 for recruitment for PNCP-Panipat
Vide Advt.No.PR/P/20 (Employment News dated 16-23 February, 2008) applications were invited for recruitment of workmen for PNCP at Panipat. With reference to the aforementioned recruitment advertisement, a list of candidates has been shortlisted. These candidates are invited for a written test to be held on March 30, 2008 across 07 venues all over India for which call letters have already been issued to the eligible candidates.

Instructions for the eligible candidates:
  • The written test will be of 2 hours (120 minutes) duration. Candidates to reach the examination center half an hour before the scheduled time. Late comers will not be allowed to enter into examination hall after 15 minutes from the start. Candidates will be allowed to appear in the test for one post code only.
  • Candidates to bring blue/black ball-point pen. Papers, Books, Slide rules, calculators, cellular phones, pagers, notebooks etc. are not allowed into the examination hall.
  • Candidates will be allowed to appear only in the test centre allotted. Request for change of test centre will not be entertained.
  • Candidate to ensure that he fulfills all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in our Advt.No.PR/P/20 published in Employment News dated 16th to 23rd Feb 2008. This call letter is provisional subject to subsequent verification of certificates / testimonials (including mark sheets), experience certificates etc. In addition to the experience certificate(s) issued by previous employer(s), Candidates (for post code 01-05) shall be required to produce appointment letter and pay slip issued by previous employer(s) in support of your experience. In case the verification reveals contrary to the claim, candidature will be summarily rejected at any stage of selection process without any further notice.
  • Outstation SC/ST candidates will be reimbursed to and fro single IInd class Rail Fare or Ordinary Bus Fare for Journey by shortest route, provided the distance between mailing address mentioned above or place of actual journey, whichever is shorter, and the nearest test centre is not less than 30 km. in view of large number of candidates appearing in the test, fare will be reimbursed later through A/c payee cheques by post subject to subject to submission of TA claim Form alongwith original ticket/receipt or photocopy thereof or original bus ticket(s) and copy of caste certificate after the end of the written test. Candidates who have opted for test centers other that the nearest centre from the mailing address will not be paid TA.
  • In case any candidates does not receive the admit card and his name is appearing in the above list, he should reach the Test venue indicated against his name with one photograph and identity proof for issuance of admit card at the test venue itself.
