Over the years, the PETROTECH series of Exhibitions has created opportunities for both large and small companies in reaching their target audiences of decision-makers in the industry. The PETROTECH-2009 Exhibition will be held during January 11th-15th, 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, and will offer world class facilities to showcase the entire gamut of opportunities in the hydrocarbon industry at one place.
In 2007, the exhibition space was completely sold out. In response, PETROTECH-2009 show floor is being expanded to accommodate demand from international manufacturers, technology and service providers.
PETROTECH-2009 Exhibition will provide a global platform for display of the latest processes, state-of-the-art technology and efficient services from not only leading petroleum sector companies and suppliers but also associate industries like petrochemicals , fertilisers, power and transportation besides financial institutions.
PETROTECH-2009 Exhibition will be managed by a professional exhibition organiser of international repute.

VENUE
The exhibition will be held at Pragati Maidan, an international exhibition venue located in the heart of New Delhi in the backdrop of the magnificent Purana Quila or Old Fort and the Delhi Metro Station, the modern lifeline of Delhi. The air-conditioned Halls No. 14 and 18 with 7,500 sq.m. space will be available to exhibitors to showcase their products and services.
With ample parking space, proximity to major hotels and excellent communication and transportation facilities, the venue promises to attract the best of the industry for the PETROTECH-2009 Exhibition. The exhibition is slated for formal unveiling by the Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, on the evening of January 11th, 2009 and will attract media attention as a curtain-raiser for the four-day long PETROTECH-2009 events. The pleasant winter days of January in Delhi assure comfortable conditions indoor and outdoor of the exhibition area. The exhibition will remain open to visitors from 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs on each day during January 12th-15th , 2009.

FACILITIES
The delegates and participants of PETROTECH-2009 Conference being held at Vigyan Bhavan can avail of free shuttle bus service to visit the exhibition at Pragati Maidan.
A help desk with travel, medical and money exchange counters will ensure the comfort of exhibitors and visitors. The exhibition will also have food courts, restaurant and coffee shop. A guide map will be provided to all the visitors and exhibitors to facilitate them in locating a particular stall.
