VA Tech Wabag deal with IOC

Water treatment player VA Tech Wabag Ltd on Thursday said it has signed a contract with IndianOil (IOCL) to set up an effluent treatment plant at Rs. 250 crore. The deal with IOCL has been signed for setting up ETP facility at IOCL’s Paradip refinery besides a water recycle plant, VA Tech said. The scope of the project includes design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of ETP and recycling system on turnkey basis.

“Repeat orders from IOCL shows the customer confidence in our capability to handle larger ETP projects for other refineries,” VA Tech Wabag MD, Mr Rajiv Mittal, said.
