We look for bright, energetic and dedicated people for our Executive and Non-Executive cadres. Recruitment in IndianOil is done as per Organizational requirement which happens at entry level (mostly) and mid-level through open examination and other than open examination.

For recruitment through Open advertisement, advertisements are published in leading national dailies as well as Employment News. Detailed advertisement is hosted in career section of our website – www.iocl.com containing job description, eligibility criteria, relaxations, remuneration etc. Eligible candidates need to apply online to participate in the selection process.

For recruitment through other than Open advertisement, Indian Oil visits IITs, IIMs, NITs, ICAI, ICMAI and other institutes of national repute to recruit Graduate Engineers, Management Graduates, Chartered Accountants, Cost & Works Accountants for recruiting students in final year engineering/management/finance courses.
