Nation's largest Naptha cracker plant dedicated

India's largest Naphtha Cracker plant at IndianOil's Panipat complex was dedicated to the nation by S. Jaipal Reddy, Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, in the presence of Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Chief Minister of Haryana; Kumari Selja, Union Minister of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Culture; R.P.N. Singh, Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas; S. Sundareshan, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas; L.N. Gupta, Joint Secretary, Refineries, MOP&NG; S.V. Narasimhan, Chairman, Indian Oil and B.N. Bankapur, Director, Refineries. The Naphtha Cracker Complex, built at a cost of Rs.14,439 crore will provide significant impetus to India's leading Fortune-500 company's ambitious foray into petrochemicals.
