Indane LPG Bottling Plant conducts mock drill

Indane LPG Bottling Plant conducted a mock "Emergency Response Drill" at their LPG Bottling Plant, Bari Brahmana. In the mock drill various Government departments participated.

On the occasion, Tejpal Dahiya, Plant Manager was the site controller. While speaking he said that such exercises are conducted on regular basis so as to assess the emergency preparedness of their employees and response time of the concerned Government departments and the neighbouring mutual-aid partner industries.

The teams led by Ranjit Singh, Anchal Dass, Rahul Kumar and Neha Thapa participated in the mock fire emergency drill.

Addressing the gathering, Kuldeep Bhan, District Officer, J&K Pollution Control Board, Samba, was impressed with the quick response of the employees and the maintenance and upkeep of the latest fire fighting equipment and gadgets used in this drill.

SC Verma, Divisional Fire Officer, Samba, also participated in the drill along with other fire officials.

Dr Rajesh along with ambulance and staff from the ESI Hospital was also present to tackle any untoward medical emergency.
