IOC to automate retail outlets

IndianOil launched a major initiative to automate its retail outlets operations. The initiative is aimed at not only to modernize retails distribution system but also to ensure right quality and quantity at all the stages of distribution. In Delhi, there are 94 retail outlets that have been fully automated and another 23 retail outlets are slated for automation in the second phase. In order to create awareness amongst the customers about the benefits of automated retail system, Amresh Kapoor, General Manager, Delhi State Office, IndianOil, launched a lucky draw scheme in Delhi in the presence of S.B. Prasad, DGM (retail Sales) and M.J.S. Kukreja, Chief Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Delhi DO.
