Devanagonthi Terminal, Bangalore, bagged the coveted first prize in Oil Industry Category for Adopting Best Safe Practices in the Year 2014 on 44th National Safety Day. The award was adjudged by the Dept. of factories & Boilers, Industrial Safety & Health, Government of Karnataka.

Mr. M. Paduvaipathy, DGM (T)  and  Mr. Pankaj Krishna Halder, Manager(T) on behalf of Team Devanagonthi Terminal  received the state level Safety Award from Mr. B. S. Ramchandra, Director of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety and Health  of Karnataka by the Factory Dept.  at Mysuru on  March 4, 2015. The guidance and supports from Head Office and KASO in revolutionising the system and facilities of the location helped the Terminal reach the top level among 72 MAH units in Karnataka.
