Mathura Refinery holds Domestic Enquiry programme

A two day training programme on Domestic Enquiry for officers was held at Mathura Refinery recently with the faculty assistance of Mr. A. K. Rauniar, ED (HR), Retd. While welcoming the participants, Mr. S. Acharya, CM (MS& Trg.), remarked that the programme under the expert faculty assistance of Mr. Rauniar will provide valuable inputs to deal with different aspects of Domestic Enquiry.

Mr. Rauniar, an experienced HR practitioner and well-known faculty, dealt with various topics like Role of Enquiry Officer & Presenting Officer, Principles of Natural Justice, How to conduct Enquiry, Disciplinary Process under CDA rules,Standing Orders, Mock Enquiry and How to write an Enquiry Report during the programme.

Mr. D. K. Rakesh, GM (HR) said that the learning of the programme would facilitate participants not only to discharge their role effectively as Enquiry and Presenting Officer but also help them to focus and maintain discipline in work life. All the participants expressed immense satisfaction with the way the programme was designed and highly appreciated.
