Highlights of FY 25-26 Results
- Highest ever annual crude throughput of 75.451 MMT (FY 24-25: 71.564 MMT)
- Highest ever annual sales volumes of 105.117 MMT (FY 24-25: 100.292 MMT).
- Company’s domestic petroleum sales volume increased by 4.8% over FY 24-25 as against 4.3% of the industry.
- Increase in HSD-Institutional sales volume by 21.2% over FY 24-25 as compared to increase in industry volume by 7.2%.
- Increase in domestic petrochemical sales volume by 4.4% (FY 25-26: 3.294 MMT, FY 24-25: 3.155 MMT).
Refineries throughput for FY 25-26 is 75.451 MMT with 107.4% capacity utilisation as compared to 71.564 MMT in FY 24-25 improving by 5%. IndianOil’s cross country pipelines achieved combined throughput of 105.556 MMT in FY 25-26 as compared to 100.477 MMT in FY 24-25 improving by 5%.
Revenue from Operations during FY 25-26 is ₹8,86,224 crores as compared to ₹8,45,513 crores in FY 24-25, registering a growth of 5%. Net Profit for FY 25-26 is ₹36,802 crores as compared to ₹12,962 crores in FY 24-25. Improvement in net profit is mainly on account of higher refining and marketing margins.
Board of Directors have recommended the final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each) in addition to the interim dividend of ₹7 per equity share already distributed during the year.
