IndianOil observes Quality Week

World Quality Day is being celebrated on second Thursday of November across the world as a part of increasing general awareness towards the various quality standards and its importance. This year November 11, 2010 is being observed as World Quality Day and week starting November 8, 2010 is being observed as Quality Week.

IndianOil has always given key emphasis on maintaining highest standard of quality in order to keep up with mounting competition and serve our customers with best in class product quality and services. As a part of this quality week celebration, various workshops, events and programmes are being organised by IndianOil.

This week long programme was kicked off with a the launch of Mobile Quality Check Van at eastern regional office in presence of Priobhash Dey, GM,I/C (RS), ER, Debasis Sen, ED (WBSO), NC Saha, DGM (QC),ER, and other senior officials from IndianOil. This mobile van has all the facilities to run various important quality checks of various petro products. Thus it would help to ensure instant quality check and maintaining highest standard of quality for IndianOil’s product. Such mobile laboratories would cover various important areas in eastern region such as Kolkata-Durgapur-Haldia, Siliguri-Jalpaiguri-Malda, Patna-Begusarai etc during the week.

Various programmes, organised by IndianOil are intended to spread awareness of quality, importance of quality which would not only contribute to growth of organisation as well as individual but would also increase the mass awareness regarding various important aspects of quality.
