IndianOil celebrates IndianOil Day with a difference

IndianOil’s Western Region and Maharastra State Office jointly celebrated the 48th IndianOil Foundation Day at Ravindra Natya Mandir on 2nd Sept 2011. This year, the occasion was celebrated with a difference - under the astute guidance of Shrikant S Bapat, GM, Western Region, the IndianOil family, through the ‘Eye Donation Campaign’ pledged to donate eyes to the underprivileged, so that they may realize their vision.

On the occasion, renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Tatyarao Lahane, Dean of Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals was felicitated by S S Bapat GM, Regional Services, Western Region for his exemplary service to the society.

R. S. Butola, Chairman, IOCL, emphasized that in order to achieve our common goal, all IOCians need to walk in step and shoulder-to-shoulder. GC Daga, IndianOil’s Director (Marketing) in his message said that drawing inspiration from our core values of Care, Innovation, Passion and Trust to fuel the nation’s growth and reinforce our image as a company that cares for the welfare of all its stakeholders, and aspire to reign in every part and every heart as the ‘Energy of India’.

In Marketing HQ, G C Daga, Director (Marketing) felicitated the retired employees who completed 75 years of age during a function held recently in Mumbai. Daga, in his address, said that fuelling a billion aspirations has not been easy especially in the face of a continuous surge in product demand and customer aspirations.
