IndianOil in Yemen

Yemen has signed oil production sharing agreements with 10 oil companies in seven exploration areas in a bid to raise its oil output to 500,000 barrels per day (bpd) by 2010 from 317,000 bpd at the end of 2007. Among the firms that have signed deals include IndianOil, Austria's OMV, Norway's DNO and independent oil firm Kuwait Energy Company.
