Parliamentary Standing Committee reviews IndianOil

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Science and Technology, Environment and Forests, headed by the chairman of the committee, Dr. T Subbarami Reddy, recently visited Jamnagar to oversee the various pollution mitigation measures taken by IndianOil. The committee was accompanied by officials from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, MoE and F, MoP and NG, GPCB, etc. They were greeted with a traditional Gujarati tilak and colourful rangoli. On behalf of IndianOil, BP Baliga, ED (HS&E), Ref HQ, Anish Aggarwal, ED, (WRPL), DK Sharma, GM (I/c), GSO, AK Tewari, GM (WRPL), Rakesh Sehgal, GM, GSO accorded a warm welcome to the committee members. The Parliamentary Standing Committee appreciated the efforts of IndianOil and congratulated the entire team for contributing towards the overall sustainability of the environment.
