IndianOil achieves 100% RO automation in Raipur City

As the part of nationwide drive of IndianOil under the aegis of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG), the Corporation declared Raipur as fully automated city. With this announcement, Raipur has become the first city in MPSO with total automation. Mr. M. D. Kumar, GM (Retail Development) and Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Jain, GM, MPSO declared Raipur as fully automated city.

The programme was organised at Sai Krupa Fuels in the presence of Mr. R.M. Tamarakar, SDRSM, Raipur DO, Mr Anil Singh, Manager (RS), Raipur DO, Mr. Praveen Kumar, Manager (Engg.) Raipur DO and other officials from Raipur DO along with Raipur city Dealers.

In his inaugural address, Mr. M. D. Kumar stressed on the need for customer satisfaction and available tools with dealers for better management of Retail Outlet operations. He emphasised on leveraging this initiative for sales consolidation from Retail Outlets.

Mr. Jain in his address emphasised that automation at Retail Outlets is instrumental in providing best services to the customers which brings more transparency and translates into customer delight and satisfaction. The main features of Retail Outlet Automation are computerised billing, Quality & Quantity assurance and possibility of remote monitoring of operations of retail outlet through internet. He further added that apart from enhancing customer satisfaction, it ensures also the effective redressal of customers' grievances as it records each transaction which also helps in maintaining customer loyalty.
