Indianoil Western Region Pipelines Contributes towards school's development

Under the corporation's community development programme, K C Gupta, Executive Director of IndianOil's Western Region Pipelines handed over a plasma TV and multimedia projector to Pariksh'rt Lai Majmudar Kanya Vidyalaya, Viramgam, in the presence of P K Bansal, Deputy General Manager, and other senior officers of IndianOil's Viramgam installation. The school, named after famous social activist and a dose associate of Mahatma Gandhi, Late Parikshit Lai Majmudar, started in 1981 with 11 girl children from remote areas having no facility for education. During the function, Gupta reiterated IndianOil's commitment towards social upliftment of the poor and the needy which is manifested through the huge amount spent under CDP by the corporation each year. A colourful cultural function was also presented by the school children.
