<b>Loyalty Summit Award</b> IndianOil's XTRAPOWER Program won the 'Best Loyalty Award' for the second time in a row, under the Oil and Gas Sector category, in the 2nd Loyalty Summit held at Mumbai. In a gala award ceremony at Taj Land's End, Mumbai, the award was presented to Mr.A.M.K.Sinha, Executive Director (Retail Sales), in the presence of Mr.N.Srikumar, Executive Director {Corporate Communications, Branding & Planning) and Mr.RS.Nanda, Chief Manager (Fleet Marketing). Mr. Paul Greenberg, Author of the best-seller 'CRM at the speed of light and President the 56 group, LLC, and Mr. Bhaskar Ranjan Das, Director, Corporate Business Development and Marketing, India, ‘Universities 21 Global’ presented the awards. <b>Asia Retail Congress Award</b> IndianOil's XTRAPOWER Loyalty Program won the” Best Customer Loyalty. Program" Award in the Reid and Taylor Global Retail Excellence Awards given out by the Asia Retail Congress in Mumbai. Mr. Tarun Joshi, Chairman, Asia Retail Congress 2009, and CEO Brand House Retails Limited distributed the awards. Mr. Rakesh Sehgal, Dy General Manager (Retail Sales), HO and Mr. R S Nanda, Chief Manager (Fleet Marketing), HO received the trophy and citation.
