IndianOil bags excellence award

IndianOil has won the Infraline Energy Excellence Award for its valuable contribution in ensuring the nation's energy security and contributing immensely to community development and environment protection. Power Minister Sushi! Kumar Shinde presented the award to IndianOil's Director (Refineries) B N Bankapur here. Chief Manager (Corporate Communications) Dr Ajit Patbak said the company sold 54.8 million tonnes of petroleum products during the year 2006-07 providing the vital petroleum products from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Speaking about the roadmap for the future B N Bankapur, Director (Refineries), and IndianOil said that as part of IndianOil's initiatives for integration and diversification, the corporation is implementing projects of over Rs 50,000 crore currently.
