IndianOil reported Revenue from Operations of ₹4,80,292 crores for the period April – September 2022 as compared to ₹3,24,820 crores in corresponding period of Financial Year 2021-22. The Net Loss for the six months ended 30th September 2022 is ₹2,265 crores as compared to Net Profit of ₹12,301 crores during the corresponding period mainly on account of lower marketing margin and higher exchange losses during current period.

The Revenue from Operations of IndianOil is ₹2,28,359 crores in Q2 2022-23 as compared to ₹1,69,764 crores in the corresponding quarter of FY 2021-22. The Net Loss for the second quarter of FY 2022-23 is ₹272 crores as compared to Net Profit of ₹6,360 crores in the corresponding quarter of FY 2021-22.

IndianOil Chairman, Mr. S. M. Vaidya, said, “IndianOil sold 47.077 million tonnes of products, including exports, during the period April – September 2022. Our refining throughput for first six months of FY 2022-23 was 35.029 million tonnes and the throughput of the Corporation’s countrywide pipelines network was 48.284 million tonnes during the period. The gross refining margin (GRM) during the period April – September 2022 was US$ 25.49 per bbl as compared to US$ 6.57 per bbl in corresponding period of previous financial year.

For the second quarter of FY 2022-23, IndianOil's product sales volumes, including exports, was 22.429 million tonnes. The refining throughput was 16.093 million tonnes and the throughput of the Corporation’s countrywide pipelines network was 23.635 million tonnes during the quarter."
